Job Analysis Study

A Job Analysis Study is undertaken to understand what defines success for a specific job or position. It can include several parts:

  • Job Analysis Study
  • Job Match Pattern
  • Assessment results for the Top Performers and Bottom Performers

The process of developing this study can utilize an analysis of the position, or an assessment of those who are successful and not successful in the position or a combination of these.
